摘要
利用计算机可视化技术进行水资源管理是数字水利的一个重要内容.应用VC++可视化编程技术和GIS相结合,根据大连市水资源优化配置情况,研制开发了大连市水资源优化配置决策方案评价可视化系统.以大连市2020年水资源优化配置方案评价为例,系统实现了水资源优化配置方案的可变模糊评价、水系图显示和信息查询等功能,表明了可变模糊集理论和水资源系统可变模糊评价理论、模型与方法的科学性,且具有复杂问题简单化、计算方便快捷、人机界面交互性好的特点.
Applying the computer visualization technology to the water resources management is an important part of digital water conservation.According to the water resources optimizing allocation in Dalian,using the VC++ visual programming technology and GIS,the visualization system of water resources optimizing allocation evaluation program in Dalian is developed.The system realizes the variable fuzzy plan evaluation,data and graphical display and information inquiry,taking the water resources optimizing allocation program in Dalian in 2020 as an example.The scientificalness of the variable fuzzy sets theory,water resources system evaluation theory,model and method is testified.This system has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience and has good man-machine interface.
