摘要
目的研究壳聚糖絮凝沉降法对延胡索水提液的纯化效果。方法以延胡索乙素和浸膏率为纯化考察指标,采用L(934)正交试验设计,并结合指纹图谱,优选壳聚糖絮凝沉降法的最佳纯化工艺。结果壳聚糖絮凝沉降法纯化延胡索水提液的最佳条件是药液质量浓度为0.25 g.mL-1,静置温度为5℃,不调pH值,加入药液体积20%的壳聚糖溶液。结论壳聚糖澄清剂可用于延胡索水提液的纯化。
Objective To study the purification process of the water extract of Corydalis Rhizoma with chitosan. Methods Using the content of tetrahydropulmatine and dry extract rate as investigation index, we optimized the pu rification process by using orthogonal design and HPLC fingerprint. Results The optimal conditions for purification process were: mass concentration of medicinal solution being contained 0.25 g·mL-1, standing temperature at 5℃, addling 1% chitosan solution at the volume equal to 20 % of the medicinal solution. Conclusion Chitosan can be used for the purification of the water extract of Corydalis Rhizoma.
