摘要
目的分析神经内科重症监护病房(NSICU)空气环境的微生物学分布特征及其影响因素,从而为医院感染的控制提供依据。方法采用空气采样的方法,监测某三甲医院NSICU空气环境微生物分布特征,分析其影响因素。结果大病房各月份空气环境平均细菌数量,均高于小病房相应各月份空气环境平均细菌数量;在大房间中,秋季空气细菌数量明显高于冬、春、夏三季,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而冬、春、夏季间的差异均无统计学意义;在小房间中,各季节细菌数量的差异均无统计学意义。结论 NSICU空气环境中细菌数量受患者数量的影响,且以革兰阳性菌为主,也有少量革兰阴性杆菌和真菌等重要条件致病菌,因此设立≤2张床位的小单元管理模式,强化NSICU空气中革兰阴性杆菌和真菌的消毒灭菌措施,是防控NICU发生医院感染的重要举措。
OBJECTIVE To observe the characteristics of microbiological distribution in indoor air-environment in neurological intensive care unit and analyze the influencing factors so as to provide evidence for air-sterilization and the preventive strategy of nosocomial infections in neurological intensive care unit(NSICU).METHODS By collecting the bacteria samples in air,microbiological distribution in indoor air-environment of neurological intensive care unit was observed and the influencing factors were analyzed.RESULTS The average number of the bacteria in large room was larger than that in small room monthly.In large room,the number of the bacteria in autumn was ligher than that in spring,summer and winter.The difference of the number of the bacteria in spring,summer and winter was not statistically significant.In the small room,there was no significant difference in the number of bacteria in spring,summer,autumn and winter.CONCLUSION The number of the bacteria in air environment in the NSICU ward is affected by the number of the patients,and the species are mostly gram-positive bacteria.There are also some other important opportunistic pathogens like gram-negative and fungi.Establishment of the less than 2 bed small unit NSICU management along with strengthening the measures of disinfection of gram-negative and fungi in the NSICU air environment is the important way to prevent and control nosocomial infections in NSICU.
