面肌痉挛患者微血管减压术预后的影响因素 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨面肌痉挛(HFS)患者微血管减压术(MVD)治疗的预后影响因素。方法收集本院神经外科2008年5月至2010年3月采用MVD治疗的HFS患者169例,所有的患者根据术后是否有残留痉挛分为治愈组和未治愈组,回顾性分析一般资料、面神经受压方式、面神经出脑干区表面压痕情况、责任血管、有无穿通支等因素,分析影响HFS患者MVD治疗预后的相关因素。结果影响HFS患者MVD治疗预后的相关因素是面神经受压方式、面神经出脑干区表面压痕情况、有无穿通支、压迫面神经的位置。结论医生可在手术过程中通过了解面神经压迫方式、强度以及位置,预测HFS患者术后的预后。
