摘要
结合SBO软件的功能特点及管理思想,依据企业实际特点,提出了企业信息管理系统方案,设计了企业销售、采购、财务和库存管理等方面内容,重点针对销售部门实际运行的不足,并结合SBO系统数据安全问题,提出了具体的实施方案及可行的解决措施。通过该系统的运行,促使了各工作流程的进一步优化,信息传递高效及时,大大地提高了工作的效率。
In this paper SBO software features and management thinking, 13asect on me actual characteristics of enterprises, enterprise information management system proposed scheme, the design of the enterprise in sales, procurement, financial and inventory management, content, focusing on the actual running of the lack of sales, SBO system combined with data security problem, a specific implementation plan and the possible solutions. Running＂ through the system, prompting a further optimization of the workflow, efficient and timely transmission of informationgreatly improved work efficiency.
