摘要
通过对传统的给排水流量测量的分析,提出了由超声波液位计和帕歇尔槽组成的超声波明渠流量计的设计方法。研制出集超声波收发测距模块、MSP430系列单片机的控制模块以及RS485通信模块为一体的超声波液位计,林南仓矿井下吸水井的实际应用结果表明,超声波明渠流量计具有精度高、运行可靠稳定等特点。在各大煤矿企业应大力推广。
