摘要
水玻璃无机粘结剂是一种无公害的环保型芯砂粘结剂,近年来,从硬化理论和应用实践方面都取得了重大的发展。文中简要地回顾了半个世纪以来国内外水玻璃无机粘结剂在铸造生产应用中的发展历程,着重介绍了它在机车车辆铸件和汽车铸件上的应用及其取得的重大成就。
The sodium silicate inorganic binder is a pollution-flee binder of mold and core sand. In recent years, the hardening theory and application practice for sodium silicate bonded sand have made a significant development. The development course of sodium silicate inorganic binder applied to the foundry production over half a century was reviewed briefly in this paper, and the great success achieved in the application of automobile and rolling stock casting was emphatically introduced.
