摘要
和平与发展是当今世界的主题,和平的理念已经深刻融入到社会的各个领域。军事技术作为暴力的工具在战争中的作用日益增强,对于赢得战争获取和平具有重要作用。由于大科学特性日益明显,现代军事技术对科技发展和经济建设也有重大影响,科学合理规划应用军事技术将有助于实现经济发展社会富足的结构和平。军事技术的发展使用不能仅遵循其自身逻辑,还要通过确立建构性的研发观念、探索合理的使用方法以及国际社会监督制约等途径形成人道主义的军事技术理念,促进文化和平。
Peace and development remain the two major themes in today＇s world, and the peace concept has already entered into the various sectors of society. Military technology as tools of violence is becoming more and more important in the war, even for victory and peace. The morden military technology has great affects to science and technology development and economic progress because of its big science character. So the scientific and rationally the application of military technology will help to realize the structure of peace of economic growth and social prosperity. The development and appliance of military technology can not only follow its own logic. We should form the military technology concept of humanitarian by establishing the constructive concept of study and development, searching for reasonable use ways and supervising and regulating by the international community.
