摘要
与心房颤动(房颤)有关的离子通道改变主要包括:钾离子通道、钙离子通道、钠离子通道以及起搏离子通道。房颤发病机制可能与多通道改变导致心脏电生理重塑有相关性。对房颤心肌细胞离子通道基因表达水平及电生理的研究,将为进一步了解房颤发生、发展提供有用的信息。
Several ion channels involve in the electrical remodeling in atrial fibrillation（Af）,which include into potassium ion channels,calcium ion channels,sodium ion channels and pacemaker ion channels.Pathogenesis of Af may correlate with multi-channel electrocal remodeling.Studies on myocardial ion channel gene expression and function in Af will provide more useful information for further understanding of Af occurrence and develop-ment.
