摘要
目的:系统分析磁石炮制前后的理化变化。方法:采用性状鉴别、化学滴定法、原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)、原子荧光分光光度法(AFS)和电感耦合等离子发射光谱-质谱法、X射线衍射(XRD)法及差示热重法等分析方法,从性状、元素、物相、热性质等角度系统分析磁石炮制前后的理化变化。结果:磁石经炮制,性状变化显著;全铁量变化不明显,水溶性铁元素溶出增加;重金属及有害元素总量减少,水溶性重金属及有害元素的溶出率下降;新增了氧化铁的物相;热性质变化较大。结论:本实验为阐述磁石炮制增效减毒的科学内涵奠定基础。
Objective:The purpose of this paper is to systematically analyzing the physical and chemical change in magnetitum before and after processing.Method: Diagnostic character,chemical titration,atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),X-ray diffraction and differential thermogravimetry and else methods were used for the analysis.Results:By processing,the traits of magnetitum have undergone significant changed but the total iron content did not.The water-soluble iron dissolution increased,on the contrary,the total and water-soluble heavy metals and toxic elements decreased.And after processing,a new phase Fe2O3 created and the thermal property has changed significantly.Conclusion:This paper lays the foundation for describing the scientific content of processing efficiency to magnetitum.
