摘要
目的：旨在探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法：对88例60岁及以上的消化性溃疡病人和74例60岁及以下的消化性溃疡病人的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果：老年消化性溃疡中以胃溃疡较多，且以胃角溃疡、胃窦溃疡及胃体溃疡多见，但症状多不典型。结论：应注意老年消化性溃疡的病因构成、临床症状的特点及并发症的产生，提高临床诊断。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the clinical features of peptic ulcer in the elderly. METHODS： The clinical data of 88 patients （ aged ≥60 years） with peptic ulcer and 74 patients （ aged 〈 60 years） were retrospectively analyzed and compared, RESULTS： In the gastric ulcer, nb angular ulcer, sinus ulcer and big size ulcer were common and the symptoms were often untypical in the elderly. CONCLUSION： The clinical features of peptic ulcer in the elderly are the important basis for the diagnosis of this disease.
