摘要
研究吐鲁番地区自然环境对纤维增强材料(FRP)加固混凝土梁受弯性能的影响,制作了8根试验梁,其中4根进行室内试验;4根放置在吐鲁番地区鄯善县,自然老化1 881 d后,进行受弯试验,并与在室内环境养护条件下的FRP加固混凝土梁的受弯性能进行对比。试验结果表明:环境作用后,加固梁的承载力,延性和刚度变化不大,破坏形式主要是玻璃纤维增强材料(GFRP)U型箍局部剥离,FRP布被崩断。说明新疆吐鲁番地区大温差、强紫外线的自然条件对FRP加固混凝土梁的受弯性能影响程度较小。
It was studied the influence of Turpan natural environment on bending behavior of FRP strengthened RC beams. Eight pieces of experimental beams were made, 4 beams for indoor test; the others placed outdoor, after 1 881 d natural aging, bending test was done, and the bending performances of FRP strengthened RC beams between indoor and outdoor environment were compared. The test results show that after the effects of environment, the bearing capacity, ductility and stiffness of strengthened beams have little change, damage forms are the partial peeling of GFRP U-hoops and the break of FRP tensile. Which shows that influence on the bending performance of FRP strengthened RC beams is small in Xinjiang Turpan natural conditions, where large temperature difference and strong ultraviolet ray exist.
