摘要
采用室内毒力测定与田间药效试验相结合的方法筛选防治枣树叶螨的药剂。结果表明:室内毒力测定药剂浓度与死亡率呈高度的正相关;室内毒力测定和田间药效综合分析,95g/L喹螨醚EC 2 000倍液、240g/L螺螨酯SC 2 000倍液、20%三唑锡EC 1 000倍液及150g/L双甲脒EC 800倍液为防治枣树叶螨的首选药剂;田间药后7d的防效均可达80%以上。
Using combination of toxicity testing and control efficacy to screen better insecticide to control Jujube Spiders. The results showed that the density of insecticides exhibited positive dependence with dosage. By indoor toxicity and field efficacy comprehensive analysis, 95 g/L fenazaquin EC 2 000 times, 240 g/L spirodiclofen SO 2 000 times, 200/60 azocyclotin EC 2 000 times,15% pyridaben EC 800 times will be perferred to control Jujube Spiders ; and the control efficacy both over 80% after seven days.
