摘要
建立测定利福平二甲基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的方法。采用分光光度法测定含量,测定波长为474nm。利福平在474nm处有最大吸收,在10.0—35.0μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0171C-0.0065(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD为0.96%;日内RSD分别为0.78%、0.59%、0.86%(n=5);日间RSD分别为1.12%、1.38%、0.98%(n=3);测得3批样品的含量分别为34.21%、34.90%、33.23%。方法操准确、简便、迅速,适用于利福平二甲基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的测定。
The method for determination of the content of rifampicin dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was established.The content was determined by UV sepcphotometry,and the detection wavelength was 474nm.The rifampicin had a good linear relationship range from 10 to 35μg·mL-1 with absorbance.The regression equation was as follow:A=0.00171C-0.0065,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 100.2%,RSD=0.96%(n=9).The within day RSDs were 0.78%,0.59% and 0.86%(n=5),and between-day RSDs were 1.12%,1.38% and 0.98%(n=3).The contents of 3 batches of samples were respectively 34.21%,34.90%,33.23%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for determination of the content of rifampicin dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
