摘要
报道了一种新的合成多颜色荧光碳掺杂的二氧化硅,与以往的溶胶凝胶制备方法不同,利用浓硫酸在较低温度下对正硅酸四乙酯的脱水作用,制备了粉红色的荧光产物,这说明产物在可见光区域有吸收。荧光测试表明产物表现出多颜色荧光的特性,化学分析显示产物为无定形二氧化硅,并含有少量的碳,少量的碳在产物中以C—O键和C=O的形式存在。由于掺杂在二氧化硅结构中的掺杂有C,由此导致的缺陷成为荧光中心,使产物具有较强的荧光。
A novel strategy of synthesizing multi-color photoluminescent carbon-doped silicon dioxide was described.Different from the reported sol-gel preparation method,concentrated sulphuric acid was used to dehydrate tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) at lower temperature,and the synthesized product showed pink which suggested the absorption in the range of visible light.Multi-color photoluminscent properties of product was displayed by fluorescent text,and chemical analysis showed that the product was amorphous silicon dioxide,and had some a spot of carbon which existed in the shape of C—O bond and CO bond.The C substitutional defect for Si in the amorphous silicon dioxide became fluorescent center according to carbon in the structure,which made product have strong fluorescence.
