半夏及其伪品天南星的近红外漫反射快速无损鉴别 被引量:26

Rapid and Nondestructive Identification of Pinellia Rhizome and Its Pseudo-Product Arisaema Rhizome by Near-Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectrometry

摘要 利用近红外漫反射光谱法,结合聚类分析和相似度计算,对不同产地半夏药材及其伪品天南星进行了快速无损鉴别研究。近红外光谱图的聚类分析和相似度计算结果一致,为中药的产地、真伪鉴别分析提供了一种新的方法,具有较好的应用价值。 Pinellia Rhizome from different regions and its pseudo-product Arisaema Rhizome were quickly identified without damage by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry combining with the algorithm of cluster analysis and similarity computation.Consistency between the data from algorithm of cluster analysis and similarity computation provided a new method for the verification of the place of origin and the genuine and sham with a good application value.
