复发性肝胆管巨大囊腺瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女．50岁。因“发现肝占位10年．右上腹隐痛不适一周”于2011年5月4日入院。10年前体检发现肝脏囊性占位．直径约10．0cm．未予治疗。于2003年在当地卫生院行开腹肝囊肿开窗引流术。术后半年复查发现肝囊肿复发。由于无不适，一直未予重视。查体：巩膜可疑黄染。右上腹部饱满感。右侧肋缘下呢20cm陈旧性手术切口瘢痕。有上腹压痛．无反跳痛及肌卫，似可触及包块。
