摘要
对水系统施加 2 0kHZ的超声波 ,考察了在阻垢方面的应用。结果表明 ,超声处理具有明显的阻垢功效 ,阻垢率可达 85 %以上 ,适宜的超声处理时间为每 1 0min开启 3min。阻垢原因主要是超声的空化效应使结垢的诱导期延长所致。
The application of exerting 20 kHZ ultrasonic to water systems has been inspected. The result shows the ultrasonic treatment has remarkable scale inhibition effect. The rate of scale inhibition is higher than 85%. The suitable treating time is 3 min per 10 min. The main reason of this is due to the cavitating effect.
