摘要
在构造沉降、泥沙淤积及人工围堤的相互作用下,长江中游盆地地质环境系统分割为演变方向不同的两部分:堤外水域成为人工过饱盆地,堤内垸地成为人工饥饿盆地。因此,长江某些区段及洞庭湖洪水位抬升,垸地高程不断降低,洪涝渍害不断加剧。在系统分析基础上,初步提出了重建良性循环的人工—自然复合地质环境系统的思路与防洪对策。
As a result of interaction of tectonic subsidence, silt sedimentation and embankment, the geo environmental system of Middle Reaches Basin of Yangtze River has been separated into two parts with different evolution tendencies:(1)the outside of embankment is an artificial over fed basin; (2)the inside of embankment is an artificial starved basin. Therefore, the flood levels become higher and higher in some parts of the Yangtze River and the Dongting Lake,and the elevations of the embanked lowlands increasingly decline. Flood and waterlogging disasters aggravate year by year. On the basis of systems analysis, the idea of reconstructing a new human nature composite geo environmental system is developed and the strategies for flood prevention are advanced.
