摘要
对舟山市两大排污口的污水和附近海水中细菌的数量和种类进行了详细的研究。结果表明 :排污水中的细菌数量相当高 ,平均为 8 2× 1 0 5 个 /ml,粪大肠杆菌数量高达 3 5× 1 0 8个 /L。细菌的种类组成隶属 2 0个属、2 5种。污水细菌中主要优势菌为Xanthomonasmaltophilia、Sphlingomonaspaucimobilis、Pseudomonsacepacia等。海水中优势菌为Pseudomonsaspp.、Sphlingomonaspaucimobilis等。对二地的排污废水和附近海水进行某些致病菌的检测 ,结果表明弧菌的数量非常高 ,污水中弧菌的数量为 1 1× 1 0 5 个 /ml,海水中为 5 5× 1 0 3个 /ml。对排污废水和附近海水进行沙门氏和志贺氏菌的检测 ,均未检出。
The bacterial kinds and quantity in the city sewage and offshore water were studied in this paper. The result was obtained as following: the bacterial quantity in tye city sewage overflows was high, the average of bacterial quantity was 8 2×10 5 cell/ml, the average of Faecal coliforms quantity was 3 5×10 8 cell/L. Total 25 species bacteria were detected. The dominant species in the sewage water were Xanthomonas maltophilia, Sphlingomonas paucimobilis, Pseudomonsa cepacia and the dominant species in the sea water were Sphlingomonas paucimobilis, Pseudomonsa spp. The pathogenic bacteria in the sewage water and sea water was detected, the quantity of Vibrio spp. is 1 1×10 5 cell/ml in the sewage water, 5 5×10 3 cell/ml in the sea water. There was not Shigella spp and Salmonella spp. in this detection.
