摘要
从材料、地基、结构荷载等方面入手,对建筑物裂缝及渗漏的主要原因进行分析,提出了施工过程中预防建筑物裂缝和渗漏问题的方法和措施,并分别作了具体阐述,以期指导实践,保证建筑物使用过程中的功能和安全。
Staring from the aspects of material,foundation,and structural load and so on,the paper analyzes main causes of building cracks and seepage,and puts forward methods and measures of preventing building cracks and seepage in construction process,and finally makes specific illustration,with a view to guide practice and to ensure the function and security of building in the usage.
