摘要
随着环保时代的到来及现代企业管理制度的建立 ,企业表现出三种不同的环境管理行为。支配企业环境管理行为的动机主要有事业动机、行政动机和利润动机。本文对其动机结构和作用机理进行了分析 ,可为矫正和引导企业环境管理行为提供依据。
With the coming of “green time” and establishment of modern enterprise institution,three kinds of environmental management behavior appears in modern enterprises.And the motives are social,administration and profit cause.The structure of motives and their affecting mechanism were analyzed in this article.
