顶空气相色谱法测定水体中的低分子量胺类 被引量:10

摘要 选用在强碱性条件下加入电解质 ,使水体中的胺类进入气相 ,顶空进样至气相色谱分析。同时选用 HP- 1大口径毛细管柱及 NPD检测器分析 ,既保证了各低分子量胺类物质的分离 ,又保证定量分析的高灵敏度。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好、适用范围广 ,对水中各胺类的最低检出浓度分别为 :甲胺 0 .4μg/ L、二甲胺 0 .4μg/ L、三甲胺 0 .4μg/ L、乙胺 0 .5μg/ L。 s:Low molecular weight amines in water were determined by the headspace gas chromatographic method.The analytical procedures were as follows:at first,in alkali condition,the selected electrolytes were added into the samples to make amines into the gas,then the samples were injected headspacely into gas chromatography to be determined.The HP 1 capillary column and NPD detector were used to ensure the separate of low molecular weight amines and the high sensitivity of the quantitative analysis.The detection limit of amines in water was 0 4 μg/L for methylamine,0 4 μg/L for dimethylamine,0 4 μg/L for trimethylamine and 0 5 μg/L for ethylamine.
