摘要
脱硫过程主要是二氧化硫与氢氧化钠发生化学反应 ,反应生成物亚硫酸钠溶于水 ,含亚硫酸钠的脱硫循环水与投加的氢氧化钙反应可生成氢氧化钠和亚硫酸钙。通过沉淀分离可将难溶的亚硫酸钙从循环水中清除 ,氢氧化钠易溶于水可循环使用 ,脱硫过程只消耗氢氧化钙。达到脱硫效率高 ,运行费用低的目的。
The process of desulfurizing is mainly a chemical reaction when putting sulfurdioxide and sodium hydroxide together with its product of dissolved sodium sulfite.The sodium in the desulfurized circulating water reacts with the added calcium hydroxide and then produces sodium hydroxide and calcium sulfite.The indissoluble calcium sulfite can be removed from the circulating water by the way of precipitated separation and dissolvable sodium hydroxide can be recycled.The process of desulfuring mentioned above consumes calcium hydroxide only with high desulfurizing efficiency and low operaiton cost.
