摘要
以城市污水回用为目的,研究了污水深度处理中的过滤技术。结果表明,采用陶粒——石英砂双层滤料的滤柱,在滤速为5.2m/h时,通过直接过滤即可将污水处理厂二级出水中的悬浮物几乎全部去除,且过滤周期可达61.2~72.1h。对微絮凝过滤,混凝沉淀过滤,直接过滤3种工艺比较,在滤速较高时,前两者对原水的处理效果明显高于后者,出水水质较好,但滤柱的过滤周期缩短至仅几个小时。
Study on filtration technology in advanced wastewater treatment for municipal wastewater reuse has been conducted. The results showed that most of the SS could be removed from the secondary effluent of sewage treatment plant by direct filtration process, with dual medium of ceramic granules and sand, at 5.2m/h flow rate. The filtration period was about 61.2- 72.1h. Compared with direct filtration, combiued processes of microflocculation-filtration and coagulation-sedimentation-filtration were more effective and with better effluent quality, but filtration period of the processes decreased to only several hours at flow rate of 8.8m/h.
