摘要
依据浦东新区生活垃圾产量、组分及热值等,1998年底动工兴建日处理生活垃圾1000t规模的焚烧厂,占地8hm^2,工程总建筑面积22197m^2,投资估算66915万元(人民币)。主要焚烧设备采用SITY-2000倾斜往复阶梯式机械炉排等,配置有3条生产线,2套8500kW的汽轮发电机组。设计采用先进的焚烧工艺,自动化运行控制;按工厂寿命30a计,平均每吨生活垃圾处理成本150元,运行成本100元。建设垃圾焚烧厂具有较好的社会、经济和环境效益。
Based on the production components and thermal value of municipal solid waste in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, to construct an incineration plant for treating 1000t/d solid waste, which occupied 8hm2 land, total area of the project was 22197m2, with approxm. $669.15 million (RMB) investment in the end of 1998. The main equipment of the plant adopted SITY-200 type slant and moving and stairs type grate with three incineration lines, and two sets of 8500kW steam turbine generator, and design with advanced process, automatic performance control; estimating 30 years as life-span, the average capital costs for treating one ton of solid waste will be $150 with $100 cost of performance. The construction of incineration plant might have effective social, economic and environmental benefits.
