成本控制,是房地产企业得以不断发展的重要保障。本文认真分析了房地产企业进行成本控制的具体内容、基本原则,并对房地产企业设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、完工阶段的成本控制进行深入探讨,提出了行之有效的对策措施。
The cost control is an important guarantee for continued development of the real estate enterprises. This paper makes careful analysis on the specific content and basic principles of cost control of the real estate enterprises, discusses the cost control in design phases, tender phase, construction phase and completion phase, and proposes effective countermeasures.
