摘要
本文从探讨图书馆核心竞争力的构成要素入手,分析了资源因素、服务因素、管理因素等对图书馆核心竞争力的影响;通过对高职图书馆核心竞争力的要点及保障条件的分析,提出了在新的信息环境下,培育、完善和提升图书馆核心竞争力的策略及具体实施方案。
This paper starts with discussing the constituent factors of a library＇s core-competitiveness,on which the effect of resource factor,servicing factor,managerial factor is analysed.According to analyzing the gist and guaranteeing conditions of professional college library＇s core-competitiveness,the author puts faward the strategies and some implement measures to develop and improve a library＇s core-competitiveness in new informational environment.
