摘要
本文探讨了欧盟国家与环境税收、环境协议、排污收费和押金退款相关的环境经济法律制度 ,通过分析其中的经验和教训 ,提出了一些立法建议。
This article probes into the economic legal systems of environmental protection in EU countries concerning the environmental tax,agreements on environmental protection,charges on pollution draining and return of cash pledge.Through analyzing the experiences and lessons of those legal systems,some pieces of legislation suggestion are put forward,for the purpose of making contribution to the completion of China′s economic legal systems of environmental protection.
