摘要
利用水热法制备了纳米ZrSiO4 粉体 .借助XRD ,TEM及SEM等研究了ZrSiO4 晶粒相组成、粒度和结晶形貌与前驱物Zr和Si的摩尔比、水热反应温度以及反应时间之间的关系 ,并对ZrSiO4的合成机理进行了初步研究 .结果表明 :前驱物n(Zr) /n(Si) =1 .2∶1 .0 ,反应温度为 3 2 0℃ ,反应时间为 6h ,可制得结晶良好、分散性好、粒度在 1 0 0nm以下的ZrSiO4 粉体 .
Nanometer ZrSiO 4 powder was synthesised by hydrothermal method. The relationship of crystal phase composition, particle size and crystal appearance with the temperature and soaking time of hydrothermal synthesis as well as n (Zr)∶ n (Si) of the precursors was studied further by XRD, TEM, SEM, etc . It is found that the ultrafine ZrSiO 4 powder, which is well_crystallized, well_degree of dispersion and smaller than 100 nm in diameter, can be obtained in the hydrothermal condition: n (Zr)∶ n (Si)=1.2∶1.0 for the precursors;at 320 ℃ for 6 h.
