微波烧结钛酸钡陶瓷与常规烧结钛酸钡陶瓷界面偏析研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE GRAIN BOUNDARY SEGREGATION OF BARIUM TITANATE SINTERED IN NORMAL FURNACE AND IN MICROWAVE FIELD

摘要 采用常规 9X -4 -1 3型马弗炉和TE10 3型单模腔微波炉烧结钛酸钡陶瓷 ,并用透射电镜 (TEM )和能谱 (EDAX)相结合的分析方法分别对其晶界元素分布进行研究 .结果表明 ,杂质离子在常规烧结和微波烧结钛酸钡陶瓷晶界上的行为特性有差别 ,Nb5+ ,Cr3+ 在前者晶界上有明显偏析现象 ,而在后者基本上不存在偏析现象 .认为杂质离子在晶界上偏析与晶界结构、晶界电势等因素有关 . TE 103 single model cavity microwave furnace and normal 9X-4-13 furnace were used for sintering of BaTiO 3 ceramics. The distribution of elements on grain boundary of BaTiO 3 ceramics was analyzed by TEM with EDAX. The results indicate that the behavior of elements on grain boundary is different from the ceramics sintered by the two types of sintering furnace. Small amount of dopants, such as Nb 5+ or Cr 3+ ,can be segregated on the grain boundary when sintered in the normal furnace, while such phenomena are not found when sintered in the microwave field. Furthermore, segregation of elements dependence of grain boundary structure and grain boundary potential were analyzed.
