摘要
农民是社会主义新农村建设的主体,也是发展现代农业的关键。文章根据珠三角地区农业发展特色的实际情况,分析了在新农村建设过程中珠三角地区农民在发展农业过程中存在的困境,探究了"文化致富、科技创新、管理出效益、经营扩市场、法律维权益"的新型农民培养模式。
The farmer is the main force for the construction of new socialist countryside,and is the key factor of the development of modern agriculture.In this article,according to the situation and characteristics of agricultural development in Pearl River Delta region,the farmer＇s difficulties for the development of agriculture during the new rural reconstruction process were firstly analyzed,and the innovative training model of the new farmers-＂cultural wealth,technological innovation,management effectiveness,operational expanding market,the legal dimension rights＂ was then explored.
