摘要
通过全氟丙烯在含溴阳极液中的溴醇化和在碱性阴极液中的皂化 ,合成了全氟环氧丙烷。实验探讨了有机溶剂、相转移催化剂、p H值、温度和反应时间的影响。研究表明 ,含溴电解质溶液可以电解再生并循环使用 ,节约原料 ,减少污染。
The epoxidation of HFP with anolyte containing Br 2 and catholyte containing NaOH was studied. The influences of the added organic solvent, phase transfer catalyst(PTC), pH values, temperature and time on the reaction were discussed. It is possible that the electrolyte can be reused in order to reduce pollution and save electrolyte. Under the typical reaction conditions appreciated, about 80% yield of the product can be achieved.
