铝包钢线包覆型腔金属流动特性的光塑性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过研制模拟包覆型腔内金属塑性变形的实验装置 ,对连续直接包覆变形过程进行了光塑性实验研究 ,采用三维光塑性切片技术和应变分量求解技术 ,得出包覆型腔内的三维应变分布。同时对变形过程进行了记忆光塑性实验研究 ,从而得到了模腔内的金属流动规律 ,结合记忆光塑性与光塑性实验结果 ,得出包覆模内金属的变形为轴对称挤压状态。 An experiment device is designed in order to simulate the deformation of the materials in the cladding chamber.Photoplastic experiment is carried out to study the deformation of the materials in continuous direct cladding.Three-dimensional strain distributions in the cladding chamber are evaluated by the slicing technology of three dimensional photoplasticity and separation of the strain components by a numerical analysis method.At the same time,regulation of deformation of the materials in the cladding chamber is obtained by memory photoplastic experiment.It is derived that the deformation of the materials in the cladding die is axisymmetric extrusion
