摘要
以海南椰壳为原料 ,一次炭化后 ,加入粘结剂成型、再炭化 ,制得植物基炭膜。研究了所制炭膜处理印染废水的过程。重点考察了炭膜制备工艺条件对炭膜分离性能的影响以及不同炭膜改性方法的效果 ,并且初步探讨了炭膜处理印染废水的机理。结果表明 :适宜的成型压力和粘结剂含量可制出性能良好的炭分离膜 ,浸渍法的改性效果较好 ,所制炭膜的最大孔径范围 :0 .5μm~ 1 .0μm,分离过程属微滤。对染料分子的截留率最高可达
Coconut shell as a raw material was carbonized,carbon powder was moulded with binder,followed by carbonization again to prepare carbon membrane.The process of disposing dye solution with carbon membrane was investigated,including effect of preparation conditions and different adjusting methods for carbon membrane and mechanism of separation was primary conducted.Results showed that carbon membrane with good properties could be prepared in suitable conditions,Soaking method had a good effect on carbon membrane properties.The maximum pore size of carbon membrane was in the range from 0.5μm~1.0μm,separation process was microfiltration,The resistance of dye molecular was high to 99%.
