摘要
介绍了添加造粒 Mo S2 固体润滑剂的黑色航空电刷的研制过程。笔者通过对现代航空电机电刷使用要求的具体分析 ,利用从俄罗斯引进的先进工艺装备 ,采用了新的工艺 ,新的材料 ,新的技术 ,研究成功了仿俄г- 2 7牌号及仿美国 60 5牌号的新型黑色航空电刷 ,经各种试验分析 ,结果表明达到了提高航空电刷寿命的目的。基本满足了使用要求。并具体分析了造粒 Mo S2 。
preparation of black aviation brush by adding MoS 2,a solid lubricant was introduced.The author analysed specifically the need to brush by modern aviation motor,made good use of Russia-made advanced technolgy and equipment,adopted new technology,new material and new techniques,developed succesfully imitations of Russia brand г-27 and U.S.A. brand 605 black aviation bursh.Various testing analysis showed that aviation brush life is increased.Basically met the needs of used.Also the effects of MoS 2,refined graphite powder and additives on the properties of the bursh were analysed.
