摘要
比较了热过滤法和减压蒸馏法净化煤沥青的特点 ,研究了粗滤和精滤、循环过滤、滤材孔径和助滤剂粒径对净化效果的影响 ,及其对原材料的适应性。结果表明 :粗滤和精滤两步进行、循环过滤有利于沥青的净化 ,滤材和助滤剂孔径和粒径越小 ,净化效果越好 ,但是对喹啉不溶物太多的沥青 。
In the present paper,the characterisitcs of heating filter and vacuum distillation was compared,and the purification of coal tar and coal tar pitch was investigated.Results showed that efficient purification was obtained by special filter method (including primary,refine and cycle filter)and by filter material and filter add materials.
