摘要
从新中国香料工业半个世纪以来，以不同的历史发展阶段，概述了每个时期的历程。以纪实方式记叙了中国香料工业从小到大，从完全依靠进口到大量出口，最后建设成一个独立的专业工业体系，成为国民经济中一个不可缺少的组成部分。并预示中国香料工业将以崭新的姿态迎接新世纪的挑战。
In this paper, the development in each stages is reviewed according to the various growth periods in the half century of flavour and fragrance industry in new China. The development of the Chinese flavour and fragrance industry from small to big, totally relying on import to export in large amount, finally to a independent, specialized and industrial system is described in a record-providing way, The Chinese flavour and fragrance industry meeting the challenge of the new century with a brand-new attitude is forecasted.
