摘要
目的 探讨负电荷对海洛因依赖者的治疗作用。方法 对海洛因依赖者３４ 例分为两组，在美沙酮替代递减治疗的同时，治疗组采用珠海产ＳＱ－ ３６５ 型气溶胶生物电理疗仪，以发生１×１０７ 个／ｃｍ３ 的负电荷吸入１２０ ｍｉｎ， 每天１ 次， 治疗７ ｄ 后观察血、尿吗啡含量及临床症状。结果尿吗啡含量（９ １７４．９ ±７０３．０） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，治疗３ ｄ 后明显下降为（４５６ ．８ ±７４．０） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，血、尿吗啡含量治疗７ ｄ 后均显著下降，两者与治疗前和对照组比较， 差异均有非常显著性；临床症状在治疗３ ｄ 以后均明显好转，总评分治疗组治疗前与治疗后和对照组比较，差异均有非常显著性。结论 通过吸入负电荷增强血液的氧化作用，对神经系统、内分泌系统及免疫系统功能有调整、改善作用，减少对戒毒药物的依赖性，是一种良好的对海洛因依赖者躯体戒断症状缓解的配合治疗方法。
Objective To research the therapeutic effect of negative charge on heroin addicts.Methods 34 heroin addicts were equally divided into treatment group and control group.Based on substitution of Methadone decreasingly,the patients of treatment group were additionally treated with aerosl bioelectricity apparatus(which generates negative charge with 1×10 7/cm 3),once a day,for 7 days.Each patient was inhaled negative charge for 120min. Before and after the treatment,the content of blood and urine morphine as well as clinical symptoms were observed.Results The content of urine morphine began decrease after 3 days of treatment.While the content of urine and blood morphine was obviously reduced at 7 days of post-treament.Compared with the pre-treatment or control group,there was a significant difference.The clinical symptoms were markedly improved at 3 days of post-treatment,obvious difference of total mark was also appeared between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion It is suggested that inhalation of negative charge can strengthen the blood oxdation,regulate the funtions of nervous system,endosecretory and immunological system and decrease the dependence of drug against heroin.It is a better treatment for drug addicts.
