摘要
应用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对CFRP布加固轴心受拉薄壁圆钢管进行了数值模拟计算,研究分析了4个因素,即CFRP布纵向加固长度比α、CFRP布厚度t、CFRP布弹性模量E以及CFRP布沿圆周加固方式,对钢管轴心抗拉极限承载力的影响及其规律.结果表明,经CFRP布纵向加固后的钢管杆件,其轴心抗拉极限承载力得到显著提高,加固效果优越.
Through the finite element software ANSYS,numerical simulation calculations of round thin-walled steel-tubes are made and the influence of four factors on ultimate axial tensile bearing capacity of steel-tubes are discussed.These factors are longitudinal strengthening length rate α,thickness t,elastic modulus E and strengthening ways along the circumference of CFRP sheets.The results show that the ultimate axial tensile bearing capacity of steel-tubes strengthened with CFRP sheets is increased significantly and the effects of reinforcement are good.
