摘要
在逆向工程中,车身A级曲面品质评价是车身光顺设计的关键环节。结合汽车车身A级曲面品质要求,以及光顺工程的评判准则,提出了以模糊层次分析法为基准的车身A级曲面品质评价准则,建立了其曲面品质评价模型,并给出了模型总体评价指标体系。最后以光顺好的某轿车后背门品质评价为例,对此模型进行了综合评价。结果表明:基于模糊层次分析法的评价模型可以对车身A级曲面品质提供整体有效的评价。
In reverse engineering,quality evaluation of class A surfaces is the key segment of auto-body smoothing.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),in combination with quality requirement of class A surfaces and judgment rules of smoothing engineering,the evaluation rules of class A surfaces are presented in this paper,surfaces evaluation model were built,and the comprehensive system of evaluation is given.At last,taking the quality evaluation of a smoothed auto body rear back as a practical example,a comprehensive evaluation was provided to this model.The result verified that class A surfaces can be evaluated efficiently by FAHP.
