生物钛合金摩擦界面对人体血液的润滑性能影响试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 润滑液的润滑性能与其对摩擦界面的粘附功Wa有关。通过测量不同HCT血液的表面张力γL及其对TA2、TC4、TLM 3种生物钛合金界面在不同粗糙度下的接触角θ,研究生物钛合金表面对血液润滑性能的影响和作用机理。结果表明:血液随HCT的增加,血液润滑剂对3种合金表面的润滑性能有所提高,全血的润滑性能最好;钛合金表面Ra在微米级范围内,表面越粗糙,其表面对血液的润滑性能越好;3种钛合金对血液,TLM的润滑性能最好,TC4次之,TA2最差。 Lubrication is related to the adhesive power(Wa) of lubricating fluid on solid surface.In this paper,the surface tension(γL) and the contact angle(θ) of the different HCT bloods on three bio-titanium alloys(TA2,TC4,TLM) surface which have different roughness through the experiment is summarized.The lubrication and action mechanism of the blood to the biological titanium alloy surface has also been studied.The experimental results showed that the bigger the blood′s HCT,the better the lubrication to the alloy surface is,and the rougher alloy surfaces,the better lubrication of the blood on their surface at the micron range of Ra is.The lubrication of the blood to TLM titanium alloys is the best,and that to TA2 titanium is the worst,and that to TC4 titanium is moderate.
