西部农村中小学教师收入现状调查——以甘肃省为例 被引量:1

Investigation of Present Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Income Situation in the Western Rural Areas of China——A Case Study of Gansu Province

摘要 本研究根据甘肃省统计局印发的甘统函(2007)《甘肃省基础教育调查———老师问卷》对2382名西部地区农村中小学教师进行了抽样调查。结果表明,中小学教师工资待遇普遍偏低,十三个月工资也未完全得到兑现。同时在一些地区还存在工资不能按时发放、拖欠老师工资的现象。在此基础上,论文针对西部农村中小学教师的收入现状进行分析,并提出合理化的对策与建议。 According to the Unified Correspondence of Gansu Province (2007), A Survey of Basic Education in Gansu Province--Questionnaire for Teachers, issued by the Bureau of Statistics of Gansu Province, we carried out a sampling survey of 2382 teachers of rural primary and secondary schools in western regions. The findings show that primary and secondary school teachers' salaries are very low on average and even the 13th month salary does not become reality completely. What's more, in some areas teachers cannot be paid on time and still suffer from delayed payment of salary. In terms of that, this paper analyzes present primary and secondary school teachers'income situation in the western rural areas of China and then put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions.
