摘要
采用100μm 聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为固相微萃取技术(SPME)装置的固相涂层,通过顶空固相微萃取气相色谱(HS-SPME-GC)法测定了血中10种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)。实验确定的萃取时间为10分钟,解吸时间为1分钟。经研究证明,将萃取器针头完全插入气化室时解吸效果较佳,本法的重现性好(RSD< 5% ),线性范围较宽,其中四氯乙烯为25~10 000ng/m l,苯甲基环己烷10~1 000ng/m l,苯乙烯和异丙苯为1~1 000ng/m l,其他6种化合物为5~1 000ng/m l。血中10种VOCs的最低检出限均低于5ng/m
The headspace solid phase microextraction (HS SPME) is a novel extraction technique and has been developed rapidly.It is a fast,simple,solventless and sensitive method for sampling,separating,extracting,injecting and analyzing volatile organic compounds.This paper presents the research work in detecting volatile organic compounds(including ten compounds) in blood.The extraction fiber is made by fused silica fiber with 100μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).The extraction time of the method was 10min. The thermal desorption time was 1min.It was found that the optimized location of the extraction fiber in the injector of GC was to put the whole needle in the injector.The precision of the method was determined to be less 5% relative standard deviation (RSD). The linear range of the detection was rather wide.The lowest detectin limits(LODs) were all ≤5ng/ml.
