摘要
文中首先通过对Beta分布曲线特性及数学特征的分析,然后运用顺序统计量极大似然估计法对分布参数的估计,以及利用Montecarl方法进行数值模拟,得出了贴近度指标的随机变动可以用Beta分布描述.最后,文中提出建立基于Beta分布的贴近度指标控制图,用于模糊质量控制,并通过效果分析证明其可行性.
In this paper, through the Beta distribution curve characteristics and mathematical analysis, using order statistics maximum likelihood estimation method for estimation of the distribution parameters, and the use of Montecarl method to conduct numerical simulation, the author draws the conclusion that the index of random fluctuation can be described by Beta distribution. Therefore, this paper proposed the similarity index control chart based on Beta distribution which can be applied in fuzzy quality control, and proves its feasibility through the effect analysis.
