摘要
介绍运用Pro/M软件进行有限元结构分析的方法和步骤.以PEQ 400×600倾斜式破碎机偏心轴为例,运用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0软件建立三维实体模型;再运用与其无缝集成的Pro/MECHANICA(Pro/M)软件对其进行有限元结构分析,校核其强度和刚度.
The article described the methods and procedures of using Pro/M software for the finite-element structural analysis. A eccentric shaft of low-profile crusher （PEQ 400x600） was used as an example firstly to establish a three-dimensional solid model with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0 software, then Pro/MECHANICA （Pro/M）, the seamlessly integrated software, was used to perform the finite element structural analysis on the model for calibration of its strength and stiffness.
