摘要
针对角钢塔材镀锌层检测效率低且抽检数据尚无科学的管理信息系统问题,基于工程要求及节距法与米字型测点布置原理进行了角钢塔材镀锌层检测,并运用统计过程控制对角钢塔材镀锌层厚度及均匀性进行分析,开发了角钢塔材镀锌层检测及质量控制系统,提高了检测效率及精度,实现了电网建设物资采购的信息化管理。
As galvanized layer detection of angle steel tower mate- rials was low efficiency and detection data was not formed scientific management information system, galvanized layer detection and quality control of angle steel tower materials were studied. Points were layout and detected by the actual application requirements and the measuring-point principle of pitch method and M fonts, coating thickness and uniformity of angle steel tower materials were analyzed by statistical process control. Galvanized layer detection and quality control system of angle steel tower materials were developed, the efficiency and accuracy of detection were improved and material purchasing of power grid construction was realized information management level.
