摘要
花粉是大气生物气溶胶的组成成分之一。为了探索大气中花粉的污染、输送和衰变的过程 ,用JWL 1型空气微生物气溶胶采样器在南京大学的 5 0m高塔上 ,进行了 5个高度、4个时间点的采样观察。结果表明 ,3月份一天内花粉的平均浓度是 10 0~ 12 8粒 /m3,最高浓度点在 13∶0 0的 10m处为 175粒 /m3,最低浓度点在 19∶0 0的 5 0m处 ,为 6 0粒 /m3。花粉种类有 6种。 7月份一天内花粉平均浓度 474粒 /m3,最高浓度点在 19∶0 0的 3 0m处为 795粒 /m3,最低浓度点在 13∶0 0的3 0m处 ,为 2 0 0粒 /m3。花粉种类有 2 3种。 7月份一日花粉平均浓度比 3月份的高出 4~ 6倍。不同月份一天内花粉浓度及种类在垂直时空上的变化与季节、植物开花时间和气象变化等因素有密切关系。
Pollen is a component of bioaerosol in the atmosphere and an allergen to respiratiory tract.To study the process of pollution,transport and decay of the atmosphere pollen,we used JWL 1 bioaerosol sampler to sample pollen in 50m high iron tower of Nanjing University.The results shown that the average concentration of pollen in the atmosphere was 109 particles/m\+3,pollen types had 6 species between 27 and 28,March.The average concentration of the atmosphere pollen was 474 particles/m\+3,the highest concentration was 634 particles/m\+3 at 7 clock A.M,the lowest concentration was 229 particles/m\+3 at 1 clock P.M.and pollen types had 23 species between 17 and 18,July.The study has elucidated a number of important relationships during the concentration change of the atmosphere pollen with season factor plant flowering time and meteorological change.
