摘要
深水采油树长期置于深海中,内外常年受到海水和油气的腐蚀以及巨大的海水压力。深水采油树上各种阀门厚度腐蚀减小到一定值无法承受巨大水压的时候,就可能泄漏,因此其主要的失效形式是腐蚀。根据灰色系统理论给出了灰色GM(1,1)模型,通过实例进行数据分析拟合,递推腐蚀量的变化规律,从而实现对深水采油树抗腐蚀可靠性设计。
Subsea tree is exposed to deep sea for a long time and suffers corrosion by sea water and oil and gas and great seawater pressure inside and outside all the year round. When the thickness of all kinds of valves reduce to a minimum and can't support the great seawater pressure, they may spill. So the main failure mode is corrosion. Based on the grey system theory, GM ( 1, 1 ) model was established. Statistical analysis was performed by an illustration and recurrences change regularity of corrosion. Thereby reliability design of subsea tree that is resistant to corrosion is accomplished.
