摘要
提供快速、详细、合理的汽车轮胎模具报价,已成为汽车轮胎模具企业在激烈的市场竞争中获取订单的关键。分析了汽车轮胎模具及其报价的特点,提出了汽车轮胎模具的编码模型和基于PDM系统的汽车轮胎模具成本核算方法和报价流程,对汽车轮胎模具报价系统的体系结构和数据库设计进行了研究,并按照此方案开发了一套汽车轮胎模具报价系统。
The fast, detailed and reasonable tire mold quotation is critical for the tire mold manufacturer that have to struggle to get orders by offering competitive pricing. The characteristics of tire mold and its quotation were introduced, and a data coding model of the tire mold and cost estimation and quotation process of the tire mold were proposed. The tire mold quotation system structure and da- tabase design based on PDM were researched. A quotation system of tire mold was developed in accordance with the proposed scheme.
